Sorry Detail Debut Album and Share New Single

todayJanuary 23, 2020

Background

UK-based indie rockers Sorry officially announced the release of their debut album, 925, which is out March 27th. The forthcoming effort was masterminded by the group’s founding members Asha Lorenz and Louis O’Bryen. It was produced by James Dring, who is known for his work with Gorillaz and Nilüfer Yanya. According to the press release, the record contains a myriad of inspirations, including everything from Hermann Hesse to Aphex Twin.

Sorry has previously singles from 925 including “Rock ‘n’ Roll Star” and “Right Round the Clock.” Today the band shared the anxious and sporadic “More.” Their distressed yearnings are complimented by bouncy, fidgeting rhythms and sharp guitars.  To coincide the album’s upcoming release, the London natives are going to be visiting the states for the very first time. They’ll be playing three shows with one in New York, one in California, and one in Texas. The Texas show will be in Austin at SXSW.
